We are a structural, civil and architectural engineering consultancy supporting commercial, industrial, public-sector and specialist projects across London, the South East and the wider UK.
We are seeking an Architect / Architectural Associate to join our project-based associate network and support live and upcoming consultancy projects on a contrcontract/associateact / associate basis.
This role is suited to a technically strong, delivery-focused architectural professional who can contribute across surveys, design coordination, planning support, technical design development and project documentation, while working closely with structural and civil engineering inputs.

- Refurbishment and remedial works
- Change of use and upgrade projects
- Technical drawing packages
- Planning and Building Regulations coordination
- Survey-based architectural support
- Technical detailing and consultant coordination
- Site-based design support where required
- Coordination with structural and civil engineering design teams
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant UK experience in architectural practice or technical architectural delivery
- Strong technical detailing and drawing package capability
- Experience supporting planning, design coordination and project documentation
- Ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors and other consultants
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong familiarity with UK project delivery processes
- For Architect applicants, ARB registration is preferred
- RIBA membership or strong experience working within the RIBA Plan of Work is highly desirable
