Appointed for Heathrow Multi-Storey Car Park Ramp Intrusive Survey and Remediation Design

GEM Enterprise has been appointed to undertake an intrusive structural survey and develop remediation design for a multi-storey car park ramp at Heathrow. The work focuses on close-access investigation at a controlled location, followed by engineering assessment and practical repair design outputs.

Intrusive survey work must be planned carefully, particularly where the structural form and reinforcement arrangement are not fully confirmed from available records. Our methodology prioritises safety, control, and traceable evidence, including localised scanning and verification, close visual inspection, condition mapping, and controlled opening-up to confirm reinforcement condition and repair requirements.

The output will include a structured intrusive survey report (with photographic records and measured findings) and a remediation design package suitable for delivery by a competent contractor, including drawings and supporting notes.
